DMCA Notice and Takedown Procedure

At GachaHeat.pro, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and are committed to complying with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) of 1998. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed upon on our website, we encourage you to follow the procedure outlined below to submit a DMCA takedown notice.

How to Submit a DMCA Notice

If you are the copyright owner or an authorized agent of the copyright owner, and you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement on GachaHeat.pro, you may submit a written notice to our designated DMCA agent. The notice must include the following details:

  1. A description of the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed upon.
  2. The location (URL) of the allegedly infringing material on our website.
  3. Your contact information, including your full name, address, phone number, and email address.
  4. A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Once we receive a valid DMCA notice, we will take appropriate action to remove or disable access to the infringing content promptly.

Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you have the right to file a counter-notice. To file a counter-notice, please send a written communication to us with the following details:

  1. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  2. A description of the material that was removed or to which access has been disabled, including the URL or location where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the district where your address is located, or if outside the United States, the jurisdiction of any judicial district where GachaHeat.pro may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the party who submitted the original DMCA notice or an agent of such party.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content unless the copyright owner files a lawsuit within 10-14 business days.
